The ice rink is closed on Christmas Day.

Ice guides are trained professionals who can escort your party on the ice. Each Ice Guide can look after up to 15 skaters and will be exclusive to your group for the 1 hour session. Please book online.
Members of Historic Royal Palaces can enjoy a discount of 10% off the full-price tickets available throughout the skating season. To claim the 10% discount, tickets need to be purchased in person at the Ice Rink Box Offices.
DISABLED ACCESS
Wheelchairs are welcome on the Ice Rink (excluding the 9.00pm session)
A registered disabled guest is entitled to one free carer ticket when purchasing the relevant full price ticket. Documentation will need to be presented on arrival (e.g. blue/orange badge, Attendance Allowance book etc.) for a carer to gain admittance.

Groups of 20 people or more will receive a 10% discount (excluding Family tickets). The discount will automatically be applied when booking online.
